Lymphatic Care

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a light touch therapy targeting the circulatory system, promoting movement of fluid.

I offer MLD for:

  • health maintenance providing a full body lymphatic flush

  • Pre/post cancer treatment and radiation

  • Pregnancy and postpartum healing and detoxification

  • Improving circulation for peripheral vascular disease which can aide in infection prevention.

  • Reducing swelling and improving circulation pre/post surgery and procedures

  • reducing swelling with injuries/sprains

Hand Massage

Therapeutic Massage

Overall decrease of muscle and joint pain:

  • Muscle release

  • Trigger point therapy

  • Cupping

  • Joint play

  • Remedial exercise

Back Massage

Cupping

Cupping brings more circulation to the area providing lubrication between muscle fibers, creating an easier glide, which results in less pain. The pull that the cups create also challenges the fascia creating a creep effect into layers of muscle, encouraging muscle release.

Cupping Therapy

Post Operation

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) after surgery can help speed healing by moving fluids and toxins through the lymphatic system for the body to excrete. The combination of MLD and scar work promotes first intention healing.

Sports Injury

For optimal healing and rehab, I combine Massage Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage to expedite healing by reducing swelling quickly and correcting muscle imbalances.

Knees

Pregnancy Massage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage can be added to reduce swelling of hands (carpel tunnel), legs and feet. Massage techniques are used most commonly to treat low back/SI joint issues. Precautions and adaptations are used based on client comfort and stage of pregnancy.

Plastic Surgery Care

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is light work that can be applied immediately after a procedure. MLD helps in the reduction of inflammation causing swelling, in turn promotes effective and rapid healing for best results.

Before Surgery

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF)

Is the delivery of weak pulsed electromagnetic field to aid in healing, circulation and reducing pain sensations.

The system I use also has far-infared build into the mat to provide a deep healing effect and warming from the inside out.

There are treatments for full body as well as spot treatment applicators.

This can be applied to an abundance of conditions such as:

  • Stress Management

    • Anxiety

    • Depression

    • Sleep Issues

  • Bone Healing

    • Fractures

    • Post surgery

  • Circulation

    • Immunity/colds

    • Lymph flow/congestion

    • Hematoma/bruising

    • Wound Healing

  • Pain

    • Carpel tunnel

    • Musculoskeletal Injury
